The present internal regulations are mandatory for clients and other users.


PRICE

The price includes the following services:

-Tourist information and documentation. Instructions for electrical appliances and devices. Guide with useful information.

-Bed linen, towels and replacement set.

-Equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, frying pans, saucepans, oven dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, grill and the necessary kitchen utensils. Hand-held dishwasher dispenser and dishwasher tablets.

-Smart TV and DVD.

-Wi-Fi.

-Cleaning kit: kitchen cloth, scouring pad, dishcloth, toilet roll, napkins.

-Toilet paper and hair dryer.

-Ironing board and iron.

-Cleaning utensils: Broom and handheld vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, dustpan and broom.

-Washing machine and detergent capsules. Clothesline.

-Heating and air conditioning. Electric water heater for hot water.

-Kitchen accessories such as coffee capsules, infusions, cocoa powder, white and brown sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, all for individual use.

-Charging points and USB-C, Lightning and Micro USB type cables.

-Individual-use case of personal hygiene products and accessories (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, razor and shaving cream, shoe-cleaning sponge and sewing kit) and disposable slippers.

-Notepad, pen and set of coloured pencils.

-Reading area and board games.

- Drinks (mineral water, milk, fruit juice and wine or beer).

- Breakfast or snack upon arrival (pastries or cakes, bread, butter, jam, cereals and seasonal fruit).

USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The client is responsible for correctly declaring the number of people who will occupy the apartment, without omitting minors. The owner of the apartment can legally refuse to admit the entry of those people not declared. If the client makes use of the WiFi connection, he/she must understand that the online actions carried out during his/her stay in the apartment are his/her exclusive responsibility.

BEHAVIOUR

The client and his/her companions must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes well-founded complaints from neighbours, will be grounds for immediate termination of the accommodation contract. The hours of rest, established in the Municipal Ordinance of Citizen Coexistence of Granada in its Section 2, art. 96.4, are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. every day of the week, being strictly prohibited, during this period, any type of activity that disturbs rest in any way. Likewise, the aforementioned Municipal Ordinance establishes in its Section 2, art. 96.6, in general, the prohibition of any disturbing activity between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. throughout the week.

DAMAGES

The client is obliged to take care of the furniture and other effects of the apartment, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the personal effects of the client or the companions.

ENTRIES AND EXITS

The check-in time will be from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and the check-out must be made before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless another time is agreed between the owner of the establishment and the client.

LIMITATIONS

- It is prohibited to: Bring furniture into the accommodation or carry out works or repairs, however small, without written authorization.

- Accommodate more people than declared or exceed the maximum capacity established (5 people).

- That the client carries out the activity of accommodation in the accommodation or uses it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted.

- Introduce explosive, flammable, toxic or illegal materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property.

- Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.

- Using, without authorization, appliances that significantly alter the consumption foreseen in the supplies.

- Using the apartment for parties.

- The entry of pets or domestic animals.

- In accordance with the law, smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment, including the terrace.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS

Observe the safety, coexistence and hygiene regulations and comply with the rules contemplated in these regulations. Respect the equipmentment and the facilities of the apartment. Regarding the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of occupation of the apartment, unless he has already done so previously. He must lock the door whenever he leaves the apartment and he will be responsible, during his stay, for the use and conservation of the keys, avoiding their loss or leaving the key inside.

CLEANING

The apartment will be delivered perfectly clean and tidy. The client undertakes to respect the order and cleanliness of the apartment and to deliver it in normal conditions of use.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The failure by the clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations will authorize the owner of the establishment to terminate the contract. Likewise, he may terminate the contract of users who intend to access or stay in the apartment for a purpose other than the normal use established as a tourist home.
