Cancellation policy
Upon booking confirmation, a 25% deposit of the total amount will be charged to the payment method provided by the guest. If the guest cancels the booking, the property owner will refund the full deposit if the cancellation is made more than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the guest cancels less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the property owner will retain the full deposit. If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date, the property owner may charge the full amount of the stay to the provided payment method. Conversely, if the cancellation is made by the property owner, they must refund the guest's deposit.
