Fully renovated 120m² apartment with terrace, on the second floor of a five-storey building, with spectacular views of the Alhambra, the Albaicín and Sierra Nevada, fully equipped, with free 500 MB Wi-Fi, in the Los Pajaritos neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from the centre: Gran Vía, the Cathedral, Plaza Nueva, Puerta Real, etc., next to the train station, a quiet residential neighbourhood, with a varied gastronomic offer,a step away from the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital, some of the Faculties of the University of Granada and full of all the shops and services you may need while staying with us.

We offer you a private tourist accommodation in a quiet residential building, therefore, we only accept guests who accept our rules: parties or events cannot be held, smoking cannot be allowed in any area of ​​the apartment and noise cannot be made from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., every day of the week, according to the Municipal Ordinance of Citizen Coexistence of Granada.

It also has a terrace with awnings and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy an aperitif, have breakfast, lunch or dinner, with views that reach the Alhambra and extend to the peaks of Sierra Nevada.

If you visit us by AVE or train, you will only have to walk a minute to get to the apartment. If you come by plane, the bus that connects to the airport will leave you two minutes from the apartment or, if you decide to take a taxi, in fifteen minutes and for a fixed price, you will be at your accommodation. If you visit us with your own vehicle, you will not have to worry about the restrictions (and traffic ticket) that the historic centre of Granada imposes on private traffic and you will not have to worry about having to use your vehicle during your stay, since the apartment is located 2 minutes from stops for all urban transport in the city. In addition, the location offers you several parking options: you can do it on the street, by paying at the parking meter or for free (depending on day and time); right next to our building is the public parking lot of the AVE station and, two minutes away, you can find another underground public parking lot.

Our tourist apartment is ideal for families and couples, with a maximum capacity of five people. It is located in a central but quiet area of ​​Granada, it is a magnificent tapas area, close to the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, Gran Vía, the Royal Hospital, the Triumphal Gardens, the Basilica of San Juan de Dios, the Boulevard of Avenida de la Constitución or the Royal Monastery of San Jerónimo, among others.

The entrance to the apartment leads you, with an updated decoration that combines restored furniture and modern elements, to the spacious living-dining room, with a dining table and six chairs; in one corner, there is a shelf with a selection of books, children's books, bookmarks, board games and charging points and USB-C, Lightning and Micro USB type cables.

In addition, in an auxiliary piece of furniture, you have a Smart TV, with which you can watch television channels, listen to the radio or connect, through your personal account, to the main streaming services, such as Netflix, Movistar +, Prime Video, Max or Disney +, etc... and a DVD. In addition, in the living room you have a comfortable sofa and a comfortable armchair. Also, in a cabinet in the same living room, you will find all the glassware you need: champagne glasses, water glasses, white and red wine glasses, glasses, cups and plates. In addition, if you visit us with children, they will have special plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery for them.

In the same open space as the living-dining room, with a huge central island, provided with a retractable socket with USB connections, is the bright kitchen, equipped with everything you could need: induction ceramic hob, extractor hood, frying pans, saucepans, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen includes: kitchen utensils, oven dishes, electric grill, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine-dryer and 100-litre electric hot water heater. In addition, in the kitchen you will find: kitchen roll, paper napkins, kitchen cloth, scouring pad, dishcloth, washing machine capsules, dishwasher tablets, hand-washing liquid, aluminium foil, baking paper, plastic film and kitchen accessories such as coffee capsules, infusions, cocoa powder, white and brown sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, all for individual use.

From this space, you can access through a glass gallery a room prepared to store your suitcases and other bulky objects. Here, you will find a complete emergency kit, a fire extinguisher and an electric vacuum cleaner; In the closet of this room, you have, in case you need it, a bucket and mop, a dustpan and a broom, a clothes basket and an aluminum clothesline, an iron and an ironing board.

Next to the living-dining room, you will find two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm double bed and the other with a 90 cm single bed. The first of the bedrooms, which is on the corner of the building, has one of its walls completely glazed and, through another glass door, access to the terrace. It has a closet, bedside tables and lamps, a tall chest of drawers, an auxiliary bench and a mirror. The other bedroom has a large window that provides sunlight throughout the day, as there is no building in front. It is equipped with an open closet, an auxiliary bench, a bedside table and a lamp with adjustable light and two USB ports. For your total comfort and optimal rest, both bedrooms have Flex Hotel Collection mattresses, from the Flex range of hotel equipment.

Next to these two bedrooms is a full bathroom, with a shower with a rain shower head and a glass screen, equipped with a large washbasin, a mirror cabinet, a stool, hangers and individual-use cases, with personal hygiene products and accessories: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, razor and shaving cream, shoe-cleaning sponge and sewing kit and disposable slippers.

In the hallway through which you have entered the apartment you will find another bedroom, equipped with a 150 cm double bed, also with a Flex Hotel Collection mattress, from the Flex hotel equipment range. It has a wardrobe, mirror, coat rack, auxiliary bench, bedside tables and their lamps. Next to this bedroom, you have another full bathroom, with a shower with a rain shower head and a glass screen, equipped with a large washbasin, mirror cabinet, stool, hangers and individual-use cases, with personal hygiene products and accessories: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, razor and shaving cream, shoe-cleaning sponge and sewing kit and disposable slippers. In addition, in this bathroom you have a hair dryer and a stainless steel safety bar in the shower.

All bedrooms are provided with bed linen, pillows, hypoallergenic microfibre duvets, bath and washbasin towels, blankets and replacement bed linen and hangers in the wardrobes. The apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi (500 MB Fibre) which only requires scanning a QR code for use, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, all remote controls in the apartment are presented sanitised and in bags that guarantee disinfection, all LED lights, all windows are double glazed for greater energy efficiency and with blinds for total darkness throughout the house. We will give you two sets of keys to the apartment, sanitised and bagged. In addition, in the kitchen you can find a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser.

Just a few metres from the apartment, there are several supermarkets and you will also find: butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, ATMs, takeaway food, bars and restaurants with terraces for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee and drinks; cake shops and ice cream parlours, newsstands, fruit shops, organic food shops, tobacconists, gym, beauty salons, barber shops, mechanics, computer repairs, laundries and clothing repairs, hardware stores, perfumeries, car and bicycle rentals, etc… In less than three minutes, in Plaza de la Caleta you have taxi ranks, the Metro and city buses.

For your convenience, we offer you the possibility of entering the apartment (check-in) at the time previously agreed, free of charge, and leaving (check-out) at 11:00 a.m., although we can adapt (with prior request and as long as there is availability) to another time. We also offer you, free of charge, the possibility of storing your luggage in the apartment after your departure (with prior request and provided that there is availability)We also have, as free services, a cot, a high chair, an audio baby monitor and a child protection barrier for the bed (with prior request when making the reservation and as long as there is availability).

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the Los Pajaritos neighbourhood. In the beginning, this neighbourhood was built around the train station and today it also houses the La Caleta Administrative Complex, with the Granada Courts, the Civil Registry, the Andalusian Employment Service and the Labour Inspection. In its vicinity, we can also find the Virgen de las Nieves Hospital Complex and the Fuentenueva Campus of the University of Granada.

The neighbourhood has all the necessary characteristics for you to enjoy maximum comfort during your stay in Granada: a quiet area, excellently connected, central and with all the necessary services in the neighbourhood itself.

Transport

The apartment is perfectly connected to all the city's public transport. Less than 2 minutes away, we find the Plaza de la Caleta, where there are city bus stops that connect us to the centre, the Bus Station or the Science Park. In the same square, we also have two taxi ranks, one in each direction of traffic.

Next to it, on Avenida de la Constitución, we have the "Caleta" Metro stop.

From the apartment, we can comfortably walk along the central boulevard of Avenida de la Constitución to reach, in 10 minutes, the Gran Vía, in the heart of Granada.
